Aldergrove is a delightful 2 bedroomed cottage situated in the picture perfect market town of Ashbourne in Derbyshire. This historic cottage dates back to the 1890s and could have originally been a railway workers home. Sleeping up to five people it is perfect for that relaxing holiday.

The cottage overlooks beautiful scenery, with fantastic views from the back garden. It is a short ten minute walk to the centre of Ashbourne, and is on the doorstep to the Peak District.

Bedroom One – The Yellow Room

A lovely spacious, light double bedroom, with plenty of storage. Comprising double, full height wardrobe, and large double fronted chest of drawers. Two bedside tables with lamps and an alarm clock radio.

Bedroom Two – The Blue Room

The Blue Room – Double bunk bed on the bottom, and a single on the top, with chest of drawers and stunning views of the Dales. Versatile room with lots of space, perfect for children.

There are breath-taking views to wake up to in the morning over the Dales and beyond. There are often sheep in the field behind the cottage.

Fully Fitted Kitchen Diner

Fantastic fully fitted kitchen with oven and hob. Equipped with both fridge and freezer. Perfect for preparing those relaxing meals.

Ample seating for four people with plenty of room. The diner has a fully serviced log burner to keep you warm and toasty. There are plenty of games and a bluetooth speaker to keep you entertained.

Garden with Views

Beautifully presented enclosed rear garden with not one, but two seating areas. The perfect place to unwind after a busy day. With views across the Dales beyond the garden.
